As a Danish-speaking Customer Service/Tech Support representative your role is to handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Via phone, email and chat you provide informationa and help the customer troubleshoot issues with their products and follow through until a resolution is reached.

Job Requirements

• Excellent command in both Danish and English (Written and Verbal skills)
• Advanced PC skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, on weekends or on Holidays
• Availability to relocate in a few weeks' notice
