Duties and Responsibilities 

Call Center Finnish speaking Customer Service_Tech Support Representatives must perform various tasks to ensure the successful daily operations.

  • Interact effectively with customers via phone, chatting & emails
  • Face customer’s complaints and issues
  • Investigate errors and problems
  • Explain Products and Services

Job Requirements

• Excellent command in both Finnish and English (Written and Verbal skills)
• Advanced PC skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, on weekends or on Holidays
• Availability to relocate in a few weeks' notice
