Job Description:

  • Manage amounts of incoming calls & emails in both Hebrew and English
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships through open & interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools
  • Handle complaints and provide solutions within the time limits
  • Follow communication procedures, guideline and policies

Job Requirements

• Excellent command in both Hebrew and English (Written and Verbal skills)
• Advanced PC skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, on weekends or on Holidays
• Availability to relocate in a few weeks' notice
