Job Description

You would be guiding customers through their IQOS journey: providing customer care, technical support and other specialized services to maintain a solid customer relationship.


You will be asked to:


  • Determine the purpose for each call and act accordingly to the procedures.
  • Record the necessary information and provide the customer with a quotation.
  • Guide the customer through the Philip Morris & IQOS
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Perform marketing and inside sales functions so as to increase team’s targets.

Job Requirements

  • Polish in a proficient level
  • English Very Good
  • Good computer knowledge: MS OFFICE, OUTLOOK, OS MS WINDOWS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & soft skills
  • Relevant customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Commitment to quality

  • Availability to relocate in a couple of weeks
